I will regularly maintain In-Out register citing proper reason & also update biometric.
I will not involve myself in any sort of misbehavior towards inmates, staffs etc, using rude/ filthy language, assault or attempt to assault to staffs etc.
I will personally be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred to furniture’s, interiors and other facilities, electrical, PH & Water supply installations and fittings provided in our rooms or PG premises.
I will not use any extra Electrical appliances like Heater, Hot Plate, Immersion Heater, Inductions, Rice Cookers, Coffee Maker, LED Fancy Lights etc. If found using any of the mentioned appliances then fine of Rs.2000/- will be imposed.
I will not allow any guest/ outsider to enter in my room.
I will refrain myself from causing any environmental pollution inside PG premises and maintain cleanliness.
I will not involve myself in any sort of addiction or use of excise materials, smoking, drinking alcohol, tobacco, beetle, tiaras, ganja, bhang, drugs etc. beside that I will not indulge in any sort of other forbidden activities inside the PG as notified by the Landlord from time to time.
I will abide by all the rules and regulations of the PG in force or may come into force in future.
I will not leave the PG on account of any reason without prior permission from Landlord.
I will regularly pay any financial liabilities, fines, mess dues etc. of the PG in time.
Fine will be imposed to me for misuse of electricity & water.
I will pay the fine of Rs.1000/- to the Landlord for loss of original wardrobe keys or any breakage of Wardrobe Hinges.
I will take care of my own belongings in the room & nobody will be held responsible for any loss or damage of my belongings.
I will serve strictly minimum 2 (Two) months-notice period in written to the Landlord whatsoever may be the reason, in order to get the refund for the security deposit paid during hostel admission failing which the security deposit will be forfeited by the Landlord and I have no objection at all for the same. No COVID related excuses will be entertained in near future.
I will not stay overnight outside the hostel without my Parents/ Guardians/ Spouse permission and I will solely be responsible for any mishappening caused to me for the same. And also, the Landlord will not be held responsible for the same for which I have no objection at all.
